Thank you to all of you that came and helped create the extraordinarily special event that was THE GRAND SLEEPOVER!
All tickets are now sold. Thank you to everyone who is supporting this event.
The Grand Sleepover is an invitation only family afternoon and evening of fabulous live music and messing about in a stunning location. It's a fundraising event run by volunteers to raise money for Action Against Cancer & The Brain Tumour Charity.
The ethos behind the The Grand Sleepover is simple - to get families and friends together in the beautiful countryside to have the best time ever – playing, dancing, giggling, and possibly sleeping.
What's in Store?
We have one of the UK's most respected all star house bands Music Box. Featuring explosive musicians from the USA, Europe & UK. They have jammed with the likes of Joss Stone, Jay Z, Black Eyed Peas, Daniel Bedingfield, Jessie J, Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Pixie Lott, Bruno Mars, Tom Jones, Amy Winehouse, Will Young. We also have The Hoosiers, Nugent and Belle, Barbarossa, Shuffler (featuring Jamiroquai's Band), Milly Pye, Jamie Scott (One Direction Hit Writer). All hosted by Jo Whiley.
As well as awesome live music, we are busy organizing many other events and activities for the day and night - a family cricket match, a football academy, a drum workshop, The Shed Art Workshop, a puppeteer and storyteller, a brass band and a real Victorian bug lady, a climbing wall, a juggler and fire-eater and much more….
High tea will be served to all, and a tuck shop will be available to fuel you for the adventure. Hot food and drinks will be for sale throughout the evening and there will be a bar for those in need of something colder and stronger.

An eclectic mix of artists & celebrities has kindly donated their designed & signed postcards, which are available for sale. Postcards will be posted nearer the time on the website.
As the sun goes down, glow sticks for the kids come out and everyone can show off their moves on the dance floor in the main marquee.
When the music stops and it's time to settle; wriggle and giggle your way to your recently purchased sleeping bag and gaze at the stars. During the evening sleepy children can watch a movie in the movie tent or curl up in the quiet area.
In the morning, after coffee and croissants, don't forget to take part in a survivors photo to recall that you spent the night in the great wide open, before packing up and back to reality.
The best way to start your summer
